Happy Easter

Crocuses are starting to appear everywhere

Ashton’s Garden Centre - 125 Upper River John Rd, Tatamagouche. Opening May 3rd at 9am for our 5th season! Open Daily 10-4, Saturdays 9-5. Mothers Day Daffodil Walk - Sunday, May 11th. Fairy Walk - May 17th & 18th.

Welcome!

My sincere thanks to everyone who has gotten in touch this week, subscribed to this email version of the newsletter and have generally been supportive. As of this morning we had almost reached 600 subscribers (that was fast! I am getting prizes lined up now, I promise!) and are well on our way to reaching 1,000 by April 30th.

Please continue to share with friends and family to build our ‘reach’ along the North Shore and beyond. Although the plan is to send this newsletter on a biweekly basis, I will be sending a few bonus issues in April just to make sure folks see something landing in their inboxes sooner rather than later. You can find the archives of past issues at www.thenorthshorenuggets.com.

Race to 1000 - don’t forget to share this free email newsletter with friends and family who may be interested. Each time we add 100 subscribers, we will have a draw for a prize from a local business. All subscribers will be entered in the draw, and if you have referred someone by forwarding this email and them subscribing, you will receive a bonus ballot. If we reach 1000 subscribers by midnight on April 30, 2025, we will have a Grand Prize Draw for a $250 gift certificate to a local business of your choice.  Thank you all for your support.

  • The Red Knot Bakery reopened their Tatamagouche location briefly this week and will be back April 24th for Thursdays - Sundays from 9am-2pm.

  • Tatamagouche Sr Boys U18 Basketball team members are heading to Provincials on May 3rd, and are raising funds to cover insurance and travel.
