Very spooky indeed

October 29, 2025

Happy Halloween to all!

Welcome!

Fall is my busy season at work, so I guess October newsletters are going to be scarce, but I haven’t forgotten about you!

Although the weather is getting chillier, I hope that each of you is getting back into some fun Fall routines and you’ve been enjoying the spectacular colours. This is one of my favourite seasons for cooking - stew, chili, etc. Every year I swear I am going to try some new recipes and this year I plan to stick with it - up first are some recipes from Amy Sheppard Food who keeps popping up in my Facebook feed. Anyone else have recommendations?
